JR Keihin Tohoku Line resumes operation October 27, 23:37
The JR Keihin-Tohoku Line had been put off driving on the upper and lower lines between Omiya and Ofuna due to a human accident that occurred at Choshi Station in Yokohama City, but resumed operation at 11:25 pm on the entire line.
