“I opened my heart in works”: Nikolai Karachentsov was born 75 years ago

October 27 marks the 75th birthday of theater and film actor Nikolai Karachentsov. All his life, Karachentsov served in the Lenkom. The actor played roles in the most famous productions of Mark Zakharov - the performances "Til", "Star and Death of Joaquin Murieta", the legendary rock opera "Juno and Avos". It was he who proposed to call the Lenin Komsomol Theater a short name that came into use with the people. Karachentsov starred in many films. The audience remembers the artist in the films “The Man from the Capuchin Boulevard”, “The Eldest Son”, “White Dew” and “The Adventures of Electronics”. He was able to play diverse roles, while in the frame and on the stage he tried to independently perform tricks, sing and dance. People's Artist of the RSFSR Nikolai Karachentsov died on October 26, 2018.
