Brexit: "Optimism has swept the last hours in Brussels"

Negotiations between the European Union and the British government, halted early last night after more than 16 hours of talks, resumed Wednesday (October 16th) to try to reach an agreement of withdrawal likely to be validated during the European Council of Thursday and Friday.
