At least four young protesters and a gendarme killed by police on Monday in Guinea. Clashes erupted between security services and opponents of a third term of current President Alpha Conde. The latter has not yet decided on his intentions for the next presidential election in 2020.

13 million voters are called to vote in Mozambique on Tuesday for general elections. Filipe Nyusi, the outgoing head of state is favorite.
