Tomei Expressway All traffic closed October 13th 16:22
On the Tomei Expressway, the upper and lower lines between the Fuji Interchange and Shimizu Junction in Shizuoka Prefecture were closed, but the closed road was lifted at 4 pm on the 13th. The Tomei Expressway has now been closed.
