SYRIA: 785 relatives of ISIS flee, Kurds say

Kurdish authorities in Syria on Sunday announced the escape of nearly 800 jihadist relatives from the Islamic State (IS) organization from an IDP camp. According to them, they benefited from the security chaos created by the Turkish offensive.
