For the first time in several years, SVT News is in place in Kabul, Afghanistan - one of the world's most dangerous countries. Anything can happen, says SVT's reporter on the spot in Kabul, Samir Abu Eid.

According to Samir Abu Eid, it is important to be careful and not stay in one place for too long.

- Me and photographer Niclas Berglund have to be very careful and for example we can't be outdoors for very long. Yesterday we were out in a market and at Kabul University, but you can only stay there for a very short time.

- At any time, a suicide bomber may strike, or the Taliban will attack. Anything can happen.

- This is one of the most dangerous countries in the world and in the first half of this year 14,000 people were killed. Last year, 26,000 people were killed here in Afghanistan, and it was the deadliest year in decades.
