Novak spoke about the reduction in oil production in September

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that in September Russia was able to reduce oil production compared to October 2018 by 200 thousand barrels per day.


According to Interfax, according to the terms of the OPEC + deal, Russia was supposed to reduce oil production by 228 thousand barrels per day. Thus, Russia was able to complete the deal by 88%.
