“We are relieved to note the release of a part of the crew of the tanker Stena Impero, owned by a Swedish company and sailing under the British flag,” said the head of the Swedish Foreign Ministry.
According to her, in Sweden they are waiting for the release of the rest of the team.
Wallstrom added that this was one of the topics of her talks with Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif.
Earlier, the Russian embassy reported that the Iranian authorities allowed seven crew members of the tanker Stena Impero, including one Russian, to leave Iran.
