The Verkhovna Rada sent a draft law to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which provides for the deprivation of powers of a people's deputy by a court decision for an impersonal vote, as well as in the absence without good reason at one-third of the sessions during one session.

According to Interfax-Ukraine, this decision was supported by 279 deputies.

According to the draft, the deputy’s powers may terminate ahead of schedule if the court establishes the fact of non-personal voting.

Also, the reason for the early termination of powers may be the absence of a deputy without good reason at one-third of plenary sessions of the Rada or meetings of the parliamentary committee of which he is a member during one regular session.

Earlier, Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky submitted a draft to parliament.
