Conservatives are threatened with removal from the party in an obstacle to Brexit

9/1/2019, 11:23:06 PM

Deputies from the Conservative Party, who will impede the implementation of Brexit without a deal, may be deprived of the right to represent this political force in the House of Commons and be elected from it.

This was reported by Sky News.

This warning was issued by the Conservative Party Disciplinary Committee on the eve of the most important week to discuss Boris Johnson’s plans for Brexit.

Tori MPs will continue to sit in the House of Commons, but as independent deputies.

Earlier, thousands of people took to the streets of British cities to protest against the decision of the country's Prime Minister Boris Johnson to suspend parliament.
