JR Saikyo Line Omiya-Ikebukuro Operation postponement August 30 5:25
The JR Saikyo Line has forgotten driving on the upper and lower lines of the section between Omiya and Ikebukuro due to the impact of a personal accident between Akabane Station and Jujo Station.
The resumption of operation means that it is expected around 6:10 am.
