At least 23 dead on fire in a bar in Mexico

At least 23 people were killed when a fire broke out in a bar in Coatzacoalcos, southern Mexico. It's unclear what caused the fire, but the state prosecutor in the state of Veracruz says "it could be a malicious attack," reports NBC News.
