The State Department has issued comments that it expresses deep disappointment and concern over South Korea's end of the Korea-Japan military security agreement. State Department spokesman Morgan O'Tegas commented on Twitter: "The end of the Japan-US military security agreement will complicate the defense of South Korea and increase the risk of US troops."
