Journal of Africa - Rwanda-Uganda Agreement, Both Countries Want to End Tensions

On the front page of the Africa Newspaper, an agreement between Rwanda and Uganda. Presidents Paul Kagame and Yoweri Museveni buried the hatchet. The two neighboring countries accused each other of espionage, political assassination and interference in internal affairs. Going until the border closes in February.


In Sudan, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhane was sworn in. He takes the lead of the Sovereign Council formed yesterday and consists of five soldiers and six civilians. Among them: the new prime minister Abdallah Hamdok.
