In Moscow, an agreed rally was held on Sakharov Avenue for the admission of independent candidates to elections to the Moscow City Duma. The action was visited by about 20 thousand people, the Interior Ministry said. After an agreed rally, some of the protesters went to the center of the capital for an illegal procession, during which 136 people were detained by the police for various violations.
