White House: Trump's Huawei decision is not an amnesty for the company

The decision of US President Donald Trump to remove some restrictions from Huawei is not a complete amnesty for the Chinese company, said White House adviser Larry Cudlow.


“I appreciate their desire to stand up for the defense of national security, and the president expressed his point of view. This is not a complete amnesty, so to speak. Huawei will remain on the list of organizations (which are of concern. - RT ), ”said Kudlow on Fox News.

Earlier, Trump said the United States would allow US companies to sell Huawei equipment if it does not pose a threat to Washington’s national security.
