In Moscow, sent under house arrest of three accused of embezzlement in the bank

The Basmanny Court of Moscow decided to send under the house arrest until August 19 the chief accountant of the Credit Express bank Maria Antonova and two more bank employees Yegor Pikhtina and Anastasia Novotnaya in the case of embezzlement in a credit organization.


About this informs TASS with reference to the representative of the court.

“By the decision of the Basmanny District Court, the accused Pikhtin, Novotna and Antonova chose a preventive measure in the form of house arrest for the period until August 19,” she said.

Earlier, the court arrested entrepreneur Vasily Boyko-Velikiy, suspected of embezzling Credit Express bank funds.

According to the Investigative Committee, Boiko-Veliky and his associates are accused of more than 30 episodes of embezzling money from bank clients.
