The embassy specified the number of Russians on the lost liner in Norway

The Russian Embassy in Oslo clarified that there were four Russians on the Viking Sky ship that lost its course off the coast of Norway.


This is stated in a message posted on the page of the diplomatic representation on Facebook.

“There is no Russian citizen among the passengers, four crew members are Russians,” the report indicates.

Earlier in the Russian diplomatic mission reported about three Russians aboard the liner.

It clarifies that the incident occurred due to the fact that one of the engines of the liner failed.

Currently, the evacuation of passengers continues.

According to preliminary data, there were 1.3 thousand people on board.
