An Asian man died and another was seriously injured yesterday in a collision between a vehicle and a truck on the port road in the Emirate of Fujairah.
The head of traffic and patrols at the Fujairah Police General Command, Brigadier Ali Rashid Al-Yamahi, said that the operations room received a report of the crash. Rescue patrols and national ambulances passed to the site. The driver of the vehicle (Asian) was accompanied by a friend. Due to lack of attention, and did not leave sufficient safety distance, causing the death of his friend at the scene of his injury, eloquent, while he suffered severe injuries.
