A connected watch for gamers -

The Garmin activity tracker specialist has just announced a brand new connected watch.

Here, the main argument of the Garmin Instinct Esports Edition is not its integrated GPS, its precise step counter or calories eliminated since the new watch is primarily aimed at gamers.

Garmin is indeed targeting e-sports players with the new edition of its Garmin Instinct.

Designed for playing video games, the e-sport version of the Garmin Instinct incorporates the main features of the basic model presented last June, including an analysis of the heart rate, the reception of notifications and a nice 14-day battery life.

In addition, the watch also offers sleep and stress tracking, as well as physical activity tracking.

But above all, it embeds several features designed for e-sport.

Stress level and heart rate

The watch can indeed be paired with a computer via the STR3AMUP! App, in order to display the stress level and heart rate to a video stream during a video game stream.

What offer an additional dimension during the streams.

Players could try to manage their stress during a game of FPS or entertain their audience when testing a horror game.

This will allow viewers to keep an eye on the streamer's stress level and experience it more with them.

It will cost 299.99 euros to afford the Garmin Instinct Esports Edition.

There is no doubt that this connected watch concept appeals to professional streamers or not.

Note all the same that the e-sport model is only available in one version;

black with red writings, which is a bit of a shame.
