12:50 pm on the 20th when a report of the disappearance of Mr. Lee, an official from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, was received.



In the search of the ship, Mr. Lee's cell phone was not found and the power was turned off.



As a result of checking the history of Mr. Lee's call by the sea police, it was found that Mr. Lee spoke with at least two to three acquaintances on the night of the 20th, the day before his disappearance.



I checked what kind of conversation Haekyung had with the acquaintances he had spoken to, and the acquaintances said, "Lee first called and had a daily conversation to check his safety, but there were no signs of North Korea including debt concerns." Is known.



At around 1:30 a.m. the next day after talking with acquaintances, Mr. Lee left the wheelhouse to write a report to a colleague while on duty, and it was confirmed that he turned on the public PC on board, but no trace of working on documents or searching for something with the PC. The Coast Guard, which conducted the onboard investigation for the second day, added three additional forensic investigators to recover the broken CCTV.
