On the 16th day (21st) of the 16th day of the Uiamho ship overturn accident in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do, one of the two remaining missing persons was found dead.

As a result, 4 out of 5 missing persons returned to their families.

One fixed-term worker has not yet been found.

According to the police and fire departments, we found a body that is believed to be missing at around 10:40 am today at a point 1km upstream of Cheongpyeong Dam in Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province.

It is about 37km away by waterway from the accident point.

It is known that a civilian who enjoyed water leisure in the vicinity found and reported the body, and six members of the special response team of the North Gyeonggi Fire & Disaster Headquarters rescued the body.

As a result of identification, it was identified as A (57), a fixed-term worker.

A's body is scheduled to be moved to the Chuncheon Lakeside Funeral Hall.

At around 11:34 am on the 6th, three ships, including a private rubber boat, an environmental monitoring ship, and a police boat, were overturned 500m above the Uiam Dam in Seomyeon, Chuncheon City.

Seven people were missing in this accident, one has been rescued and five have been found dead to this day.
