The rain that had been pouring during the day has been faltering for a while, but with the torrential rain, the water level in the river has risen rapidly, and now the water has risen to the bottom of the camping ground.

Until today (4th) daytime, there were nearly 40 tents installed here.

However, most of them are evacuated for safety reasons, and only part of them remain in high places.

Over the past three days, rain has hit more than 300mm in the Yeongseo area of ​​Gangwon, and damage has continued and danger has been created everywhere.

In addition to flooding of houses, dirt and rainwater spilled onto the mountain roads were also controlled.

As the valley waters increased, requests for rescuers followed, and today in Inje, four pensioners were isolated and rescued by 119 rescuers.

More than 50 people have been isolated since the last 2 days and escaped with 119 help.

In the Gangseo Yeongseo area, intensive rainfall is forecast by 50~100mm/hour, and at most 120mm/hour by tomorrow morning, so special attention is required.
