On the 3rd, heavy rains poured all over Seoul, flooding the roads and flooding. As some roads, such as Olympic Bridge and subdivision bridges, were controlled, citizens suffered discomfort on their way to work.  

As the water level of the Han River rose on the afternoon of the 3rd, entry into some sections of the Olympic Road was controlled. According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the police, both sides of the Olympic River Hangang Railway Bridge and Dangsan Railway Bridge have been fully controlled from about 1:10 pm today.

According to the Seoul Traffic Information Division, traffic at that section was temporarily resumed at about 2:57 PM, but after 30 minutes, traffic on both sides of the Dangsan Railway Bridge and the Hangang Railway Bridge was restricted again after about 30 minutes. 
Gangbyeonbuk-ro section should also closely monitor the road conditions. The Traffic Information Division of the Seoul Metropolitan Government guided you to refrain from entering, as there is a risk of flooding between Mapo Bridge and Dongjak Bridge at Gangbyeonbukro around 2:40 PM. 
The eastern arterial road resumed two-way traffic at 4 PM. Previously, the city of Seoul had full control of traffic on the eastern arterial road from about 5 o'clock in the morning as the water levels in the Han River and Jungnang Stream rose. 
Seoul city road conditions can be checked in real time through the Seoul city traffic information system. 

On the other hand, access to 11 Hangang Parks in Seoul has been restricted. This is because the water level of the Paldang Dam has increased significantly, and the water level of the Han River has risen, and most of the Han River Park is submerged. The diving bridge, which was controlled from 5 pm on the previous day (2 days), is filled with water up to the height of the bus stop. 
Currently, except for some highlands upstream of Gwangnaru, Jamsil and Ttukseom Han River Park, all have been flooded. As the rivers of Han Riverside, Ttuk Textile Park in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul overflowed, the water became so watery that the original form could not be recognized.
