Seoul and other central regions, heavy rains continued to cause heavy rains, causing damage. The Feng Shui crisis warning has also been upgraded from'caution' to'boundary'.

Currently, heavy rain warnings have been issued in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungnam, Incheon, Sejong, Gyeongbuk, and Gangwon.

Landslide warnings have been issued in 21 areas, including the Budget in Chungnam, Suncheon in Jeonnam, and Jinju in Gyeongnam.

The Ministry of Public Administration and Security announced yesterday (23rd) at 9:00 in the evening that the Feng Shui flood crisis alert has been upgraded from'caution' to'boundary' and the Central Disaster Safety Response Headquarters has also entered Phase 2 of the Emergency.

In Seoul, as the water level in Jungnangcheon rose from 9:45 yesterday evening, some sections of the eastern arterial road were once controlled and released.

In some parts of Seoul, some of the fences collapsed or street trees fell.

In Incheon, there have been reports of seven flooding of houses and roads, and six isolated vehicles.

The rain is expected to rain in most parts of the country by dawn tomorrow.

In Gangwon-dong and Gyeongsang-do, a very strong rain of 30-50 mm per hour is expected, and in other regions, a strong rain of around 30 mm per hour is expected.

The Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs has requested that related ministries and local governments strengthen their own emergency work and concentrate all their capabilities in preparation for heavy rains.
