prosecution's application to reporter Lee Dong-jae of Channel A, who filed for a warrant of arrest, is alleged to be a forced attempt.

It is that former reporter Lee Cheol, who has been imprisoned, sent several letters to the former CEO of Value Invest Korea, and then reported threats in such a way that if he met an acquaintance with the former representative, he could be disadvantaged if he did not reveal the secretary of the passport personnel.

The request for the warrant was made two days after the decision of convening the prosecutors' investigation and deliberation committee to examine the validity of the prosecution.

The investigation team's intention is to receive a court judgment before the investigation hearing on the 24th.

The investigative team reported on the 17th of last month to the Supreme Prosecutors' Office that they have filed a warrant for arrest, but it has been in conflict with the prosecutor's judgment that it is not suspected of being a criminal.

After that, when Prosecutor Yoon Seok-yeol instructed the convening of a specialized investigation advisory group, the Minister of Justice, Chu Mi-ae acted as the investigative authority, and the conflict between the two sides even went to the brink of collapse.

The arrest warrant will be held on the 17th.

Reporter Lee denied allegations that he had threatened Lee, and allegedly conspiring with prosecutor Yoon Dong-hoon, prosecutor Han Dong-hoon, and allegedly complaining about the case, claiming that the incident was rather a duke of political and media press.
