additional situation was revealed in which Mr. Sung Mo, who was brought to court for the death of his nine-year-old son, abused his younger brother apart from the incident.

The prosecution's indictment stated that the victim's sister returned to his parents' mother last year because he could not endure the punishment of Mr. Sung, including bruising on the soles of his feet.

The Korea Children's Abuse Prevention Association filed a complaint calling for further investigation, saying that the assault on the victim's brother was also serious.

[Kong Hye-jeong/Korea Child Abuse Prevention Association Representative: Abuse may have been repeatedly practiced as usual. Since we are a third party on this part, please do a thorough investigation (at the prosecution) to prove it.]

In the midst of this, on the first trial today (15th), the attorney admitted the alleged child abuse, but denied the allegation of murder.

The prosecution believed that the intention of the murder was deemed by the fact that Mr. Seong was trapping a child who was dead in a suitcase, and even on the appeal that he could not breathe, rolled on the bag and blown the hair dryer.

However, the lawyers countered the prosecution's charges of not falling to the point where two feet fell.

He also denied the act of blowing hot wind into the bag with a hair dryer.

The trial will continue on the 19th of next month on the issue of the intention of murder.
