The social network, anxious to show that it no longer dithers with online hatred, sorts through its subscribers and closes, one by one, all the accounts of the extreme right group Génération Identitaire. 

Twitter is cleaning up. The great sorting undertaken by the net giant among its subscribers continues, and is now targeting Generation Identity accounts. The goal for the American firm: to prove that it has grown and no longer dithers with online hatred.

A still active YouTube channel

The social network is closing one year to one all the accounts of this tiny group of far-right, whose activists have been condemned by the justice on several occasions in recent years, for incitement to racial hatred. Last year, three even received prison terms for violently preventing migrants from crossing the Alps. 

 The group's YouTube channel is still active, with 15,000 subscribers.
