A man was found guilty of invading a house only in the agony of a man who was chasing a woman who returned home to the front of the house and attempting to enter the woman's house.

As for the alleged attempted rape, it was hard to believe that there was a deliberate intention to commit forced rape, and the centrifugal judgment that it was innocent was quoted.

Supreme Court Justice (Judge Park Jung-hwa, Supreme Court Justice) said on the 25th that he had confirmed a centrifugal sentence sentenced to one year in prison by Jo Mo, who was accused of not including rape attempts.

Cho was chased after a woman returning from Sillim-dong, Seoul on May 28, last year at 6:20 am, and was put on trial for allegedly attempting to open the door and enter the house when the woman entered the house.

The incident was also triggered by the release of Cho's CCTV (closed circuit) video of a woman grabbing the door of the house as soon as she entered the house.

During the trial, Mr. Cho replied to the judge's question, "Why did you follow the woman, and why were you walking around the door?"

Although the first trial admitted Mr. Cho's alleged intrusion into the house, the alleged innocence of rape was innocent and sentenced to one year in prison.

The prosecution appealed the preliminary indictment by adding alleged attempts not to commit forced assault.

The Supreme Court also dismissed the appeal by saying, "There is no fault of misunderstanding the law in the judgment of the court."
