Vice Chairman Jae-Yong Lee last week asked the prosecution to convene an investigation and deliberation committee shortly before requesting a warrant. They are going to be judged by outside experts to determine whether the investigation is appropriate and whether it is right to pass the trial.

Whether or not the Investigation Review Committee will be held will be decided on the day after the 11th, but what the variables will be, reporter Hyun-Young Lee covered.

the 2nd, Vice Chairman Jae-Yong Lee applied to the Seoul Central District Attorney's Office to convene the Prosecution Investigation Review Committee.

The prosecution said the answer was set by prosecution. "I want to seek judgment from outside private legal experts."

When the arrest warrant is dismissed, the holding of the prosecutor's investigation committee is in a state of resilience.

The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office holds a deliberation committee to decide whether to hand over the case to the Supreme Prosecutor's Office.

If 15 of the 150 members of the Public Prosecutors' Citizens Committee decide to convene at randomly, the Attorney General must convene an investigation committee.

The investigative hearing judges the appropriateness of the prosecution, and the vice-president expects the recommendation of a prosecution from the hearing following the rejection of English writing.

Although the opinion of the council does not have a force on whether or not to prosecute, the prosecution's self-reform recommendation can be burdensome to ignore and prosecute the case.

However, it can be a variable that the warrant warrant is dismissed, but that it is stated in the trial that a trial hearing is necessary.

The possibility that the Supreme Prosecutors' Office of Justice cannot be held cannot be ruled out as the courts have in fact cited the need for prosecution.
