<Anchor> If your

license is canceled due to drunk driving, you can take the retest at least one year later. However, it is not uncommon for a driver to drive with a driver's license unattended at a test site that is about to get his license again.

Reporter Kim Ye-eun of UBC was interviewed on-site.

A driver's license test site in Ulsan.

The police pull a car into the test room.

[Police: I'll just check my license.] The

man who walked behind the parking lot of the exam room found a police officer in uniform over the fence and then walked back.

[Going out! Going out! catch! Catch it!]

This 40-year-old driver was fined millions of won under the strikeout system because his license was canceled two years ago.

On the day I waited two years for the disqualification and took a retest, I was caught driving a car.

[Mr. Park / Unlicensed Driver: Is there a fine? (Yes.) How much is it? (I think you can look around 1 million won.)]

Another driver whose license was canceled by drunk driving a year ago makes an absurd excuse.

[Mr. Lee / Unlicensed Driver: I have a reservation for (trial) this morning, so I brought a car because I don't know the transportation in Yangsan.]

Two unlicensed drivers were caught 30 minutes after the police began crackdowns.

If you are caught driving unlicensed, you will be fined up to 3 million won or less, and you must be at least one year to qualify.

There are about 130,000 people nationwide who are caught catching the steering wheel without a license.
