Singer Jeong Jun-young, who was sentenced to 5 years in jail for the second trial for suspicion of joining a group of sexual assaults, is judged by the Supreme Court.
According to the court on the 14th, Mr. Jeong's lawyer filed a complaint on the 12th of the Seoul High Court Detective (Jong Bong-hee, Choi Bong-hee, Cho Chan-young, Deputy Justice).
The Court of Appeals on July 12 broke the first trial, which sentenced Chung to six years in prison, and sentenced him to five years in prison.
The court heard that Jeong was seriously reflecting on his actions, for reasons of commuting.
In the case of singer Choi Jong-hoon, who was prosecuted together, there was a lack of 'serious reflection,' but, unlike Jeong, he was sentenced to five years in jail and two years and six months in prison for the fact that he had agreed with the victim.
Choi has not yet appealed.
