Beyond the abuse of security guards, these things that can be called crimes are still happening around us. It is said that one out of four security guards has been treated impersonally, but every time this happens, rather than being furious for a moment, it is pointed out that the law must now be stopped.

Reporter Jeon Yeon-nam pointed out this.

It seems that the death of Mr. A and Choi Hee-seok, who quit the job as an illness and work as apartment security guards for many years, is unlikely.

[Security guard A: I thought if I had died, I would have taken the hard road just like that. (Resident) Sit with your legs crossed and say, 'Hey, take a cup of coffee or something. .] It's

just a job, so even if it's hard, it's not easy to quit.

[Security guard A: I always write something like a resume, so I'm going to come and go like this (going around). .] The

situation is no different for other guards.

[Security guard B: I think I am myself. If you turn on the TV a little, the guard XX doesn't work and is watching TV. .]

[Security guard C: It's going to be over here (car). Talk to yourself when a large car comes in. I can't list everything individually.]

One out of four apartment security guards across the country has experienced impersonal treatment by residents.

In the background of some residents' security guards, there is a poor employment structure.

Nine out of ten are indirect employment, so if the tenant's representative changes the service company to which the security guard belongs, the contract period remains, but it is rarely fired without any compensation.

In addition, 2 out of 10 people have a three-month work contract, so even if they receive unfair treatment from residents, it is difficult to pick up or report it because they are concerned about terminating the contract.

[Anseongsik / Nowon Labor Welfare Center: Making employment stable is a prerequisite. I think it will be necessary to revise the law that applies the harassment law at work to tenants in the apartment.]

[Mr. Security Guard A: Just pass by and just work hard on each other. .]
