Prosecutors who are investigating the so-called 'lime situation' worth 1.6 trillion won have passed two trial drivers who were alleged to help escape Lee Jong-pil, former vice president of Lime Asset Management and former President Kim Bong-hyun of Star Mobility.

The Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office said today (13th) that former Vice President Lee and former Chairman Kim's chauffeurs, Seong Mo and Han Mo, were indicted on charges of escaping a crime.

Sung is accused of providing an evacuation site for the former vice president, who fled without responding to the warrant review in November last year, and wassuing cannon phones to reach the evacuation funds or contact helpers.

Mr. Han is accused of replacing the license plate used by Chairman Kim, who fleeed and failed to comply with the warrant review, and for converting a large check into cash.

The charges that helped escape by applying the atopy medication received from the wife of the former vice president to the former vice president were also applied.

Prosecutors arrested Mr. Seong and Mr. Han on the 28th of last month to track the position of former vice president and former President Kim.
