Roscosmos cosmonauts Anatoly Ivanishin and Ivan Wagner, as well as NASA astronaut Chris Cassidy, went to the International Space Station (ISS).
Soyuz MS-16 was the first manned spacecraft to go into orbit on a Soyuz-2.1a rocket with a Russian control system. Earlier launches were carried out on Soyuz-FG with the Ukrainian management system.
Earlier, the commander of the Soyuz MS-16 ship Anatoly Ivanishin said that the crew has been in quarantine for about 1.5 months.
