Choi Mo, 26, who is charged with illegally inquiring personal information while working as a public service worker and leaking it to Jo Joo-bin, the operator of 'Parkbang', attended court for a warrant for arrest.

Judge Won Sook Won, Deputy Director of the Seoul Central District Court, on Wednesday (3rd), conducted an interrogation of the alleged suspect against Choi, who was filed for a warrant for violation of the Personal Information Protection Act from 10:30 am today.

Mr. Choi is said to have escaped the reporters around 10:15 am today and entered the courtroom by a different passage than the entrance used by the ordinary suspects.

Mr. Choi is accused of illegally inquiring about 200 personal information and providing 17 of them to Cho, while assisting in issuing resident registration cards and herbals at a community center in an autonomous district in Seoul.

Mr. Choi has already been dismissed and has been found not to work at the resident center.

Mr. Choi was said to have known Cho Joo-bin before Telegram's doctoral room was fully operated.

Mr. Cho ran a doctor's room from last year to March of this year, producing and distributing sexual exploits.

The police investigating the case are also investigating whether Choi has illegally searched for personal information with the help of another person in the resident center when working as a public service worker.

Since Mr. Choi did not have the authority to search personal information, we are generally reviewing illegal activities in the resident center, including whether there is a situation in which the ID of another public official has accessed the system.
