Even today (28th) when it rained, lots of people gathered at the mask shop. The place you see here sells masks in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. In the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, where the government said it would supply masks first, 2.3 million copies were unpacked today, but many people went back empty-handed after waiting a long time.

First, reporter Son Hyung-an will deliver the situation in Daegu and Gyeongbuk.

Daegu Hanaro Mart Biblical Store, 9 am Opened a lot of citizens to buy masks.

However, the quantity prepared was only 5 pieces for 100 people.

[Hanaro Mart staff: those who do not have a number can not purchase. I paid everything (number plate) in the morning.]

I could buy a mask only if I had a number tag given to 100 people at dawn.

[Jungchun Bay / Daegu Dalseo-gu: (Number 1)? Yes. (How long have you been waiting?) I came at 5 am so I waited quite a bit.]

Dissatisfaction is inevitable as the mask will be supplied to Daegu first.

[Kim Mi-kyung / Dal-gu Daegu: I haven't received this mask yet. I can't afford to buy my money.]

In front of the Daegu Suseong Post Office where the sale of the masks was announced at 2 pm, so many citizens flocked, so the sales started a little earlier than the 2 pm scheduled sales time.

As you can see behind me, citizens with numbers in their hands are lining up.

Zul led to a nearby apartment mall, which was protested when news of 420 people sold out on a first come, first served basis.

[Daegu Citizen: This is not real. It rains, and there will be over three hundred people standing behind. It's really ridiculous.]

[Landscaper / Daegu Suseong-gu: After all, you can't accept (mask). I gave 700 people yesterday. He only gives four hundred today.]

Pharmacies selected by the government as other public outlets were not even worn until late afternoon.

[Pharmacy official: We are not ready for (mask sale). Customers keep getting angry, and we keep on making excuses… .]

With only 2.3 million masks supplied to Daegu and Gyeongbuk in one day, and stocking up to demand, it seems unlikely that the masks will be resolved right away.
