The first place to quarantine Koreans is Turkmenistan in Central Asia.

On the 12th, two Korean expatriates were sent to a quarantine hospital immediately upon arrival.

Although there were no symptoms of corona19, the hospital vowed to quarantine for 14 days.

The embassy returned home after the results of the Corona 19 test.

Kazakhstan, a neighboring country, says it will conduct medical observations on Korean entrants for 24 days.

The first 14 days after entry should be checked by a medical staff every day, and the next 10 days should be checked remotely by phone.

The small islands of the South Pacific, Kiribati and Samoa, have also entered restrictions on Koreans.

There are also countries that advised to refrain from traveling to Korea.

Taiwan, along with Japan and Thailand, has designated our country as a “first-class travel area”, which is the lowest warning that we recommend to follow local precautions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned that more corona19 checks could lead to more countries restricting entry into Korea.
