Singer Kim Gun-mo sued a woman who accused her of sexual assault innocently. The allegations raised were not true at all, saying the investigation would turn out to be a police investigation.

Singer Kim Gun-mo and Kim accused of sexually assaulting a woman who worked at an entertainment agency today (the 13th) are suing women for alleged sexual assault and accused the police of defaming and innocence.

Earlier, the woman appeared on a YouTube broadcast and claimed that Kim sexually assaulted her at a nightlife in Seoul in 2016.

On the 9th, Kim sued Kim at the Seoul Central Prosecutor's Office for sexual assault.

The woman said Kim was painful and decided to sue in the clothes she was wearing at the time of the crime.

Kim said in a statement that the woman was accused of maligning her and spreading false information.

Kim also said he will set up a detailed position on the incident soon.

The Seoul Gangnam Police Station, which has inherited a sexual assault case from the prosecutors' office, will soon call on a sued woman to investigate.

Kim also said that he will proceed with innocence investigation after the investigation into a sexual assault in accordance with the Sexual Violence Investigation Manual.
