Kang Kyung-hoon, a vice president of Samsung Electronics, was sentenced to jail for one year and four months in prison for being systematically interrupted by Samsung Everland's union.

The tribunal said that the vice president, Kang, was in charge of the company's labor and management duties, and actually led the crime.

I did not stash Kang.

A former Everland executive who was also prosecuted was sentenced to 10 months in prison, and more than 10 other former and current Everland employees were sentenced to jail.
