What you're seeing is a CCTV video near Seogun-wi Nadeul on Sangju-Yeongcheon Expressway.

In the middle of the road you can see fireworks and smoke rising.

Fire fighters are seen heading to the scene one by one, and you can guess that the road is quite slippery on a careful step.

At around 4:40 am an eight-collision accident occurred near 25km in the direction of Sangju-Yeongcheon Expressway in Sobo-myeon, Gunwi-gun, Gyeongbuk.

The fire authorities first reported that four cars crashed, after which another car slipped and hit a five-ton truck.

So far, one person was killed and nine were injured, and it was estimated that the accident was caused by a slippery road due to freezing rain overnight.

There are accidents in the opposite resident lanes on both sides of the road.
