In November 2017, a 39-year-old man A and a woman argued in a Gomtang house in Daejeon.

The woman insisted that A passed by had touched her buttocks, and A never claimed.

The prosecution prosecuted Mr. A for sexual harassment on the basis of CCTV analysis that A and the woman passed by only 1.333 seconds.

The prosecution sentenced Mr. A to a fine, but the first sentence was sentenced to six months in jail for A's alleged sexual abuse charges and imprisoned A.

Later, A's wife posted a message on the Blue House petition that her husband was not guilty.

However, the second court convicted the victim's statement not only consistent and specific, but also the defendant's statement was inconsistent.

However, the sentence was reduced to six years imprisonment and two years probation in consideration of the degree of abuse and family petition.

The Supreme Court also confirmed the two-year sentence for six months' imprisonment.

The Supreme Court says there is nothing wrong with the second trial, which judges that the allegations of sexual harassment have proved unreasonable based on the victim's consistent and specific statements.
