The final ruling of the so-called Gom-Dang Sexual Abuse Incident, which had been sexually harassed or even socially debated, came today (12th). The Supreme Court pleaded guilty, saying there was nothing wrong with the first and second judgments of sexual harassment.

In November of last year, a 39-year-old A was reportedly forced to molest a woman at a Gomtang house in Daejeon.

Mr. A denied the charges, but the victim claimed that Mr. A had touched her butt.

The prosecution handed A to trial in April last year based on the victim's statement and CCTV footage, and the first court sentenced him to six months in jail for convicting him.

A's wife then led to a social controversy by writing on the Blue House petition bulletin board saying, "Free up your husband's injustice."

In his appeal, Mr. A said, "As a result of special appraisal of CCTV footage, it took only 1.33 seconds for Mr. A to pass by the victim."

But the Court of Appeal also admitted to A's alleged assault and sentenced him to six months in jail for two years of probation.

The Supreme Court judgment was no different.

The Supreme Court said, "The victim's statement is consistent, and the statement is not unreasonable or contradictory in light of experience."

Netizens, who were A's wife after the Supreme Court sentence, told an online community that "the Supreme Court pleaded guilty to the victim's statement, ignoring other evidence."
