The court's final decision will be made on 12 days for the so-called "Spicy of Sexual Abuse," a controversy over sexual harassment and court sentencing.
According to the court on Thursday, the second Supreme Court, Supreme Court Justice Ahn Cheol-sang, sentenced A's appeal on 10/10 am on charges of assault.
Mr. A was tried on November 26, 2017, after a meeting at a Gomtang house in Daejeon, and was sent to trial for grabbing a woman's ass while passing by.
The first and second trials pleaded guilty to the fact that the victim's statements were consistent, specific, and inconsistent.
Mr. A was sentenced to six months' imprisonment, which was heavier than the prosecution's sentence (3 million won).
More than 330,000 people signed Mr. A's injustice on the Cheong Wa Dae civil petition bulletin board, stating that it was a matter of actual conduct and the adequacy of a court sentence.
Mr. A was released on bail 38 days after his arrest.
Mr. A was found guilty of two trials in disability, but was sentenced to six years in prison for six months in prison because of the degree of abuse and family pleas.
