Cook and Meir must replace the failed battery charging-discharging unit in the power supply system of the ISS American segment.

It was previously planned that the first ever spacewalk of two female astronauts will take place in March with the participation of Ann McClain and Christina Cook, but for McClain there was no ready-made spacesuit.
