A fine for a nursery school teacher who has been unable to get up by pressing his head and body in the palm of his hand is determined.

The Supreme Court has announced that it has finalized a fine of 2.5 million won ($ 2.50 million) in compensation for Han Moo (59), who was indicted for violating the special law on child abuse crimes.

Han was indicted on August 11, 2017, for allegedly attempting to get up without touching the head and body of a victim (one year old at that time) trying to wake up in the nap time.

At the first round of public participation trials, the jury members were unanimously guilty of saying, "It does not seem to be as bad as Mr. Han 's claim, but seems to be hitting it with emotion."

The judge also sent a fine of 5 million won, saying, "I took care of my infant as a child care teacher and hit my head or hit my ass because the children were not sleeping."

I was convicted of 2-point guilt, but I was commuted to a fine of 2.5 million won, saying, "A professional psychologist is not so abusive enough to suggest that Mr. Han's behavior is not regarded as child abuse."

The Supreme Court concluded that the two judgments were correct, saying, "There is no mistake that misunderstood the law on physical abuse."
