At around 7:33 am on March 22, a Grace vault was thrown on the left guardrail at a local road near 'Seok-jae' in Ganggwon-myeon, Ganggwon-myeon, Gangwon-do, and 13 people were injured after being overturned by a slope.

Four passengers were taken to hospital after the cardiac arrest.

Three others were seriously injured, while the remaining six were wounded.

Sixteen foreigners, including 9 Koreans, were aboard the accident vehicle, but three foreigners were reportedly hiding the trail immediately after the accident.

The passengers were on their way from Samseong to Daejeon in Daejeon, South Korea.

The accident occurred on the right downhill steep slope from Gyeongbuk to Samcheok.

"It seems that a lot of workers have been involved in the planting of the plant," the fire department said.

Police are investigating precautions such as whether passengers are wearing safety belts, exceeding the capacity, and so on.
