One office employee in Daejeon said, "I suddenly felt like my chair was going to the ground while I was working in the office and there was trembling."

An official at the Daejeon Fire Fighting Headquarters said, "More than a dozen people have been calling for inquiries about earthquakes."

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA), a 3.9 magnitude earthquake occurred at 11:04:18 AM in the north-west of 11km north-west of Changzhou.
