Autumn cold relieves It is this time the fine dust of the visitor came.

The concentration of ultrafine dust in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, and Kyungbuk areas has risen to the 'bad' level, and other areas such as Gangwon and Chungnam have also increased their ultrafine dust concentration to around 30㎛ per 3m2.

It is the first time this fall that the fine dust concentration 'bad' appeared throughout the country because the dust concentration is more than twice as high as yesterday (14th).

The Ministry of Environment predicted that the southern part of Gyeonggi Province, Chungcheong Province and Jeonbuk Province will continue to be in bad condition all day, and that once in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi-do, Gwangju and Gyeongbuk areas, 'bad' levels will appear.

The reason for the increase of the fine dust concentration is because the air stagnates and the dust that is generated in Korea accumulates and fine dust from China enters the peninsula.

The Ministry of Environment, however, predicted that the fine dust 'bad' would not last long and the concentration would gradually decrease from the Midwest region late this afternoon.

In particular, we predict that only fine dust in Pusan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam area will be 'bad' tomorrow, but other areas will recover from 'good' to 'normal'.
